At Big O Dispo, we follow Nebraska Medical Cannabis Commission (MCC) regulations and Nebraska consumer protection standards to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and fair customer service.
All Cannabis Sales Are Final
Due to MCC rules, medical cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave the dispensary. This applies to all capsules, tinctures, topicals, concentrates, edibles, and any other state‑approved cannabis products.
Defective or Damaged Products
We may offer an exchange or store credit only if a product is defective, damaged, or dispensed incorrectly. Qualifying issues include:
• Device not powering on

• Wrong product, dosage, or labeling
• Expired product at time of sale
Returns must meet these conditions:

No Returns for Customer Preference

Where We Ship
• We currently ship within Nebraska unless otherwise noted at checkout.
• Medical cannabis is never shipped. When dispensary operations begin, medical cannabis will be in‑store pickup only for qualified patients/caregivers.
• ENDS/vape shipments are restricted and must follow federal carrier and age‑verification rules.
What We Ship
• Hemp‑derived products that meet federal limits (≤0.3% delta‑9 THC) and pass COA and labeling checks.
• Medical cannabis: Not eligible for shipping under any circumstances.
• ENDS/vape products: Only shipped when compliant with PACT Act rules, adult‑signature requirements, and carrier availability.
Products that appear mislabeled, non‑compliant, or over the legal THC limit will not be shipped.
Age & Identity Verification (21+)
• All restricted products require 21+ verification at purchase and, when applicable, at delivery.
• Orders may be canceled if age, identity, or address verification fails or if fraud screening flags the order.
Processing Times
• Standard processing: 1–2 business days.
• Orders may be delayed for compliance checks (COAs, ENDS certifications, age/address verification).
• Orders may be placed on hold or canceled if shipping would violate state or federal law.
Carriers & ENDS/Vape Rules
• USPS does not deliver ENDS (“vape mail ban”).
• ENDS shipments require:
• Adult signature (21+) at delivery
• Carrier acceptance of ENDS products
• Full legal name and DOB at checkout
• We comply with all PACT Act registration and reporting requirements.
Nebraska Tobacco/ENDS Compliance
We only ship certified ENDS/tobacco products and follow all Nebraska tax, licensing, and age‑verification rules. Shipments that would bypass these requirements are prohibited.
Shipping Restrictions & Order Refusals
Orders may be refused or refunded if:
• The product is not legally shippable (medical cannabis, contraband ENDS, mislabeled hemp).

• Delivery requires adult signature but the destination (PO Box, dorm, APO/FPO) cannot accept it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

• Damage in transit: Report within 48 hours with photos.
• Porch theft: Once marked delivered, risk transfers to the customer unless adult‑signature rules were not followed by the carrier.
No Shipping of Medical Cannabis
Medical cannabis will only be dispensed in‑store to qualified patients/caregivers. No mail order or courier delivery is allowed.
Quality & COA Assurance
We ship only products with valid COAs and compliant labeling. Any product that appears misbranded or over the legal THC limit will be quarantined and not shipped.
